Bugs that are now non-existant

• Will crash if there are no unbanned insurgent factions when the ADSET button is pressed
• Will crash if all factions are banned. Oops
• In ADSET mode, if you deselect a red (militant) faction with another already selected it will re-lock the yellow locked insurgent faction
• If second VB isn't banned while the main one is it will sometimes swap bans with another banned faction, unbanning a faction to ban itself
