Changelog RBG Mover 1.1

• Added controls to the (?) page
• Added sound for when yellows are added to the commands
• Added an extra tutorial text on level 3

Thank you to the user that left a review on the game! I'm really thankful for your feedback. 

This probably isn't the last update I do. Depending on future feedback, I may try to expand the tutorial (maybe add animations or something). But I'm def likely going to make more levels. There's some design space left in there that I didn't explore.
